Entry Requirements

Minimum age 18 (or 16 with parental/guardian consent, where applicable)
Sound written and spoken English skills, sufficient to engage with training materials and workplace communication
Access to a computer/device and internet connection for online components
No formal prerequisite qualifications required
Existing exposure to a tourism operation (helpful but not mandatory)

Qualification Outcome

On successful completion of all three units, students will receive a Statement of Attainment for:

SITTGDE019 – Research and share information on Australian Indigenous cultures
