This qualification is for people involved in identifying, recording and caring for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cultural sites and landscapes. It supports community-led cultural heritage work under the guidance of Elders, Traditional Owners and cultural authorities.

There are no formal entry requirements. A strong connection to, or interest in, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander culture and caring for Country is recommended, along with a willingness to work under local cultural authority.
