Three ways to train with us
Face-to-face remains the backbone of practical, hands-on units — particularly where skills need to be demonstrated and practised in real conditions, whether that’s a classroom, a worksite, or Country. Our trainers work directly with learners across NSW and QLD, giving immediate feedback and the kind of applied experience that’s hard to replicate any other way.
Fully online delivery lets learners work through structured, interactive coursework at their own pace, wherever they are. This is a great fit for learners balancing study with work or family commitments, or for those based outside our regional delivery areas.
Hybrid delivery combines the two: theory and knowledge-based content is completed online in your own time, while practical skills, assessments, and workshops are delivered face-to-face. Most of our courses — including our Cultural Tour Guide Skills and Cultural Tourism Product Development courses — are delivered this way, giving learners the flexibility of self-paced study without losing the hands-on component that makes the training meaningful.

We deliver our structured online coursework through an interactive course learner system from Coursebox, embedded within our broader learner management system from eSkilled. Coursebox is Australian-developed edtech that turns training content into interactive, mobile-friendly course material — think structured lessons, embedded videos, quizzes, and progress tracking, rather than static reading. eSkilled sits around this as our learner management system (LMS), handling enrolment, compliance, assessment records, and the overall administration of your training journey from day one through to certification.
